Dr. Randall Smith is the Scanlan Foundation Endowed Chair in Theology at the University of St. Thomas in Houston. His areas of research are moral theology, historical theology, sexual ethics, faith and culture, sacred architecture, and architecture and urbanism. His most recent book is Reading the Sermons of Thomas Aquinas: A Beginner's Guide. He writes a regular column at The Catholic Thing.
